- How the Network Works
Five Companies.
One Way of Operating.
CIVIX isn’t a holding company, and it isn’t a subcontractor list. It’s an operating standard that independent, established infrastructure companies choose to build under – keeping their own name, their own crews, and their own client relationships, while running on shared processes that make working across the network feel like working with one team.

WHAT "POWERED BY CIVIX" ACTUALLY MEANS
A company doesn’t join CIVIX by signing a logo license. It joins by adopting:
One safety protocol across every job site, regardless of discipline
One reporting and documentation standard, so clients see the same quality of paperwork from every partner
One client-facing accountability model – a managing partner owns the relationship even when multiple partner companies are on site
One growth commitment – as the network adds partners, existing partners benefit from the expanded self-perform scope

The Partner Network.
Built to Perform.
Each TeamCivX partner contributes unique expertise while operating as part of one integrated network. Guided by a shared standard of quality, collaboration, and accountability, we deliver coordinated solutions that scale with every project and every community.
Civil · Arizona
S&S PAVING & CONSTRUCTION
S&S has been building Arizona’s roads, pads, and underground systems since 1984 – long enough to have paved and re-paved the same stretches of Phoenix metro more than once. ADOT-certified, and a regular contractor to the City of Phoenix and Maricopa County, S&S brings four decades of Southwest-specific experience: desert soil conditions, monsoon-season drainage demands, and rapid-growth suburban development.
Core strengths
Earthwork & grading, asphalt paving & milling, site concrete, underground utilities, pavement maintenance, construction management.
Civil · Colorado
ELITE SURFACE INFRASTRUCTURE
ESI holds the title of Colorado’s largest self-performing civil construction contractor – a scale advantage that shows up in mobilization speed on large Front Range projects. CDOT-certified, with a client list that includes FHWA and VA facility work, ESI is built to run paving, earthwork, utilities, and structural concrete simultaneously on complex sites.
Core strengths
Asphalt paving & milling, mass grading & earthwork, underground utilities, site concrete, storm drainage, bridge decks & structures.

ADVANCED BROADBAND SOLUTIONS
As data demand exploded across the Southwest, ABS built a specialty around the trenchless installation methods that let fiber go into the ground with minimal surface disruption – critical for projects on active city streets or sensitive campus environments.
Core strengths
Directional boring, fiber installation, conduit & pathway systems, utility locating & mapping.

COLORADO POWERLINE, INC.
CPI operates at the high-voltage end of the CIVIX network – transmission, distribution, and substation work that requires specialized crews, equipment, and utility-industry safety certification most general contractors don’t carry in-house.
Core strengths
Transmission & distribution, substation construction, underground power, power fault repair.
Electrical Systems · Facility
LAKEWOOD ELECTRIC COMPANY
LEC closes the loop between grid power and a functioning building – commercial and industrial electrical, switchgear, and lighting systems that turn an energized site into an operating facility.
Core strengths
Commercial & industrial electrical, switchgear & panels, lighting & power systems, testing & maintenance.
THE NEXT PARTNER
CIVIX is structured to add partner companies as the network identifies gaps in discipline or geography. Each new partner goes through the same standard-adoption process the founding five went through – meaning clients get the benefit of a growing footprint without any drop in consistency.
