CIVIX Brand
Architecture Guide

This document defines how the CIVIX operating system brand integrates with each sister company — establishing the visual standards, co-branding rules, and endorsement guidelines that ensure every company looks cohesive and properly endorsed under the CIVIX umbrella.

The Endorsed Brand Model

CIVIX uses an Endorsed Brand Architecture — the model used by the world’s most sophisticated multi-brand organizations. Each sister company retains its own name, identity, and client relationships. CIVIX provides the endorsement that signals a unified operating standard, shared accountability, and integrated delivery capability.

This model preserves the local equity and trust each company has built in its discipline, while communicating to clients — especially government and enterprise buyers — that every company operates under the same rigorous CIVIX standard.

CIVIX Color Palette

The CIVIX color system is built on deep navy authority and gold precision — communicating the gravitas of government-grade infrastructure with the refinement of a premium platform brand.

Sister Company Discipline Colors

Each sister company has a designated discipline color used for identification in the CIVIX platform, co-branded materials, and project dashboards. These colors are subordinate to CIVIX Gold and must never replace it in system-level UI.

"Powered by CIVIX" Badge

The endorsement badge is the primary visual signal that a company operates under the CIVIX standard. It must appear on all sister company materials — digital and print.

Co-Branding Guidelines

These rules govern how each sister company integrates the CIVIX endorsement across all materials — ensuring consistency, clarity, and brand integrity at every touchpoint.

Badge Placement

The ‘Powered by CIVIX’ badge must appear in the top-right corner of every sister brand card, document header, and digital asset. It must never be placed below the company name or obscured by imagery.

Badge Styling

The badge uses CIVIX Gold (#C9A84C) text on a semi-transparent navy background with a gold border. The CIVIX monogram (CX) appears as a small gold-on-navy square to the left of the text.

Typography Hierarchy

In co-branded materials, the sister company name uses Barlow Condensed Bold. The ‘Powered by CIVIX’ badge uses Inter Semi-Bold at 70% of the company name size. CIVIX never competes with the sister brand headline.

Color Usage

Each sister company retains its own accent color for discipline identification. CIVIX Gold is reserved exclusively for the CIVIX brand elements — the badge, the endorsement line, and system-level UI. Sister company colors must not use CIVIX Gold.

Digital Assets

All digital assets (proposals, presentations, project dashboards) must include the ‘Powered by CIVIX’ badge in the footer or header. The CIVIX system URL (app.civix.com) must appear on all client-facing documents.

Verbal Identity

In verbal and written communications, sister companies are introduced as ‘[Company Name], powered by CIVIX.’ The phrase ‘Powered by CIVIX’ is always capitalized exactly as shown — never ‘powered by Civix’ or ‘a CIVIX company.’
